My sincere apologies for being missing in Action But, you know what they say, “It’s the thought that counts”, Thank God am back RIGHT? I’m just praying, hoping that I won’t pull one of my many disappearing acts again. ***Fingers, Toes Crossed***.
So, last week I got the utmost privilege of attending a Mexican event dubbed, Paco Renteria’s one concert around the world. The event was proudly sponsored by the Mexican Embassy and it was at the Kenya National Museum. (Did you attend??? Hope so)anyways, For those who missed out on the spectacular event let me just say you missssssssed out on some really good Mexican music played by the one and only Paco Rentería and his Band.
I know your all wondering who is this Paco Rentería guy I’m talking about. Paco is a well- known, Mexican musician he’s performed all over the world. He is the one behind the legendary Zorro sound track, desperado, “El Mariachi”, Oceano,Gypsy you name it. . .Yes, that's paco for you. Secondly, I must say he is one humble, appreciative fine, fine looking brother, with long semi-curly hair, has a sexy “rugged” look(>>>You will see the picture>>>) plays the guitar so, so well don’t get me started haha!! His band members are Federico he plays the acoustic drum, Luis guitarist, Jorge Guitarist and Emmanuel Violinist and again, they are super talented, good looking with loooong hair I tell you it's a full package trust me haha!! You can get Paco Renterías music on iTunes. . .or check out some of his music on you-tube for starters, i would advice you listen to "El Mariachi", Nice, Nice!!
